SilibaseCP-1331 organic silicon leveling agent used for solvent-free, solvent-based and water-borne coatings and printing inks has the ability to moderately reduce surface tension and improve smoothness. SilibaseCP-1331 Low-foaming Leveling agent is particularly recommended for automotive coatings, architectural coatings and printing inks.

How can I get some samples?
AS: We are honored to offer you samples for free, but the new clients are expected to pay the courier cost. Regarding the courier cost, you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon FEDEX, UPS, DHL, etc. to have samples collected; or inform us your courier account.
How long is the normal delivery time?
AS: The time of shipment is about one week if we have enough stock. If out of stock, the time of shipment is about one month.
